Luke's Southern Scooter Challenge

Luke's Southern Scooter Challenge

The PlaceMakers Southern Scooter Challenge returned SAT 14 SEPT. It saw a group of over 100 brave souls don 50cc scooters, and ride from Bluff to Queenstown (220kms) raising funds and awareness for both the Prostate Cancer Foundation and Hospice Southland.

2019 was the 6th running of the event, and was Luke's 4th ride. Thanks to the generous support of Ewan Allan Honda and Sign Advertising Gore, he kitted out his very own Hokonui scooter. And it survived the trip!

You can support these amazing causes by donating in person at NZME Gore offices on Main Street, or online by clicking here.
